How to get a driving license in Northern Cyprus 

In order to obtain a driver's license, you can follow these two methods:

First method: If you have a valid driver's license, you can get a Cypriot driver's license by presenting it along with identification documents such as a residence card or passport and a photo, as well as paying the amount of 7000 lira and passing the driver's license course. Remember that in Northern Cyprus all driving rules are on the right.

Second method: If you do not have a driver's license, you must register in one of the driving schools in North Cyprus by paying 8000 lira and presenting identification documents such as residence card or passport, passport and a photo, then you will pass the driving license test. And after that, take part in 10 practical driving training sessions. And if you pass the city practical test, you will get a driver's license.

 If you receive your certificate through the first method, this certificate will be valid for five years, but if you succeed in receiving the certificate through the second method, it can be extended annually for the first two years, and after two years, if you follow the rules, you can Apply for a five-year certificate.
